# Manage- stress– You should protect your mental and physical health by engaging yourselves in activities that help you manage stress at work and at home.
By following above points, you’ d be in good health. But it is equally important to be good to you. Health is not merely the absence of diseases. It is a lifestyle. Whether it’ s getting enough sleep, relaxing after a stressful day or enjoying a hobby, it is important to take time to be good to you. Take steps to balance work, home and play.
